Refund Policy

1. Our Approach to Refunds

At Opervi, we are committed to delivering exceptional value in every engagement. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for our consulting and implementation services.

Because our services involve significant time, expertise, and custom work, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis with a focus on fair resolution for all parties.

2. Implementation Package (One-Time Engagements)

For one-time implementation engagements:

  • Before Work Commences: If you cancel your engagement before any work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund of any deposits paid, minus a $500 administrative fee.
  • After Work Commences: Once work has begun, refunds will be prorated based on the percentage of work completed at the time of cancellation. Completed and delivered milestones are non-refundable.
  • After Full Delivery: Once all agreed deliverables have been provided and accepted, the engagement is non-refundable.

3. Monthly Retainer Services

For ongoing retainer arrangements (Growth Partnership, Enterprise Transformation):

  • Monthly retainers are billed in advance and are non-refundable once the month has commenced
  • You may cancel your retainer with 30 days written notice — no further billing will occur after the notice period
  • Unused retainer hours do not roll over and are not refundable

4. Service Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you believe we have failed to deliver services as specified in your Service Agreement:

  • Notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery at support@opervi.io
  • Provide specific details about how the deliverable falls short of the agreed specifications
  • We will review your concern within 5 business days and offer remediation, revision, or appropriate compensation at our discretion

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable under any circumstances:

  • Third-party software licenses, subscriptions, or tools purchased on your behalf
  • Travel expenses incurred for on-site engagements
  • Rush or expedited service fees
  • Completed and accepted project milestones

6. Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed within 10-14 business days using the original payment method. To request a refund, contact us at support@opervi.io with your engagement details and reason for the request.
